For Couples Who Haven’t Booked Yet

We invite you to schedule a private tour and experience LuxeFalls in person.
Please bring everyone who may help you make the decision — your fiancé(e), parents, planner, or anyone who needs to see the space before you book.

During your private tour, you’ll explore:

  • Our 4,600 sq. ft. main hall with elegant décor and modern lighting

  • Private bridal and groom suites

  • Built-in sound system, TVs, and bar area

  • Sample table setup and layout options

This calendar opens up to 14 days in advance, and most tours last about 30–45 minutes.

Open House Visits

Everyone Is Welcome – Booked or Not Yet Booked

Our open house events are a great way to see LuxeFalls beautifully set up and meet our team in a relaxed atmosphere.
You’re welcome to bring family, friends, vendors, or decorators to plan your layout and décor ideas.

We recommend booking a private tour first, so you can get a personal walkthrough before attending an open house — but it’s not required.
Even if you haven’t booked yet, you’re still welcome to come, look around, and ask questions.
Booked couples are also invited to return during open house hours to plan final details or practice their rehearsal.

At our open house, you can:

  • Explore table setups, lighting, and décor options

  • Meet our staff and get your questions answered

  • Bring vendors or family to visualize your event

  • Take photos and measurements for planning
